“I’m visualizing a small beautiful village where all age groups live together — spending time, eating, learning academics integrated with nature and life skills like farming, pottery, art, cooking, communication, and caring for the earth.”
At AILC Visthar, we are building a living-learning community — a place where children, educators, and families grow together in harmony with nature.
Set amidst seven acres of greenery, this campus nurtures curiosity and responsibility through real-life learning experiences — growing food, creating art, building skills, and sustaining the land.
Here, children explore real science and real education:
cultivating vegetables in the garden and understanding natural healing from our nursery of medicinal plants;
learning self-reliance, design, and sustainability through everyday campus life;
embracing responsibility and discovering joy in collective living.

How AILC Works for Your Child
Personalized, nature-connected, and academically sound.
Admission: Based on a one-on-one interview and student observation.
Learning Process: Grades 6–8 follow the Cambridge Curriculum; Grades 9–10 choose Cambridge, NIOS or IGCSE.
Classroom Interactions: 10:1 student-to-educator ratio for focused attention.
Discussions & Explorations: Self-Directed Learning (SDL) — students come prepared for guided explorations with educators.
Assessment & Evaluation: Comprehensive monthly reviews of academics and overall growth.

I am Ashima — a designer by education, a seeker by soul, and a lifelong learner walking the path of meaningful education. My journey began at NIFT Delhi, where design taught me to see connections between people, spaces, and emotions. Later, through my MSc in Design Thinking and Sustainable Development at Christ University, I found a deeper calling — to align creativity with compassion and sustainability.
Working with Bhoomi Network connected me to nature and to children — a year of wonder that reshaped my understanding of education. I realized that true learning blossoms in freedom, curiosity, and joy.
I now dedicate my life to creating learning spaces where children grow not to compete, but to care; not to conform, but to create — nurturing a future that is sustainable, soulful, and free.
